Chrysler and Jeep Named Most Improved Brands by J.D. Power | Ancira CJDR

Rising 20 percent from last year, Chrysler and Jeep were named the most improved brands in initial quality by J.D. Power.

Based on responses from more than 80,000 purchasers and leasers, the study conducted by J.D. Power asks customers to identify issues with their vehicles’ design, as well as defects. Head of Quality for FCA – Global, Scott Garberding, is pleased with the improvements and continues to build on recent success;  “Our commitment to quality is starting to show results as Chrysler and Jeep make strong improvements in initial quality, but there is still much work to do.”

The Dodge Challenger leads the Midsize Sporty Segment in initial quality for the third straight year and the fourth time is six years. The brand’s iconic muscle car has been reloaded for 2016 as a complete model with ten trim levels. Ranging from the 707 horsepower Hellcat to the V6 SXT model that gains up to 30 miles per gallon.
